We are living in some tough times. The COVID 19 pandemic has forced a new normal on us where regulations to be far from one another as possible is the new order of the day. This means that most of the times, we will find ourselves at home, bored. But instead of vegetating and sleeping all day, here are some activities that will uplift our moods.

 1. Create a new playlist.

Is there any particular song that you really love? or any motivational messages? Then what you need is to create a new playlist of them to boost your mood. Chances are that when you listen to your favourites, they make you lively... music is believed to be soul-lifting. The mood of the song can greatly influence the mood that you get to be in all day.
