5 Ways to uplift your mood during the COVID-19 pandemic

We are living in some tough times. The COVID 19 pandemic has forced a new normal on us where regulations to be far from one another as possible is the new order of the day. This means that most of the times, we will find ourselves at home, bored. But instead of vegetating and sleeping all day, here are some activities that will uplift our moods.

 1. Create a new playlist.

Is there any particular song that you really love? or any motivational messages? Then what you need is to create a new playlist of them to boost your mood. Chances are that when you listen to your favourites, they make you lively... music is believed to be soul-lifting. The mood of the song can greatly influence the mood that you get to be in all day. A personal playlist of your best songs and motivational audio messages can play a big role when you are doing some other activity, like say, if you are working from home.

2. Fill your home, office with flowers.

Another great thing you can do is bring in flowers to your view. The first impression of flowers is love, care, compassion - and at this time when we are all fighting COVID 19, flowers can be a great thing to brighten our days and fill a space of personal compassion.
Bright, beautiful blooms have a way of doing a complete turn around on your mood. The regular activity of having to take care
of them and making sure that you have watered them is great for engaging yourself and keeping your mind off all the pandemic stories. They are usually placed in spacious well-lit areas and most importantly, in places with a great view.

3. Watch some comedy

Laughter is the best medicine, even for boredom. One of the common ways to get into a rib-cracking moment is the classic Netflix and chill and when it comes to Netflix, there's a ton of standup and comical movies to choose from. So grab your popcorn and favourite drink, get comfy on the couch and browse through your options and make sure you laugh and enjoy your every moment.

4. Buy gifts

There's no better feeling than opening up a gift, as you get to anticipate what is inside. You can get to surprise someone even during these times with a great array of gifts. You can throw in assorted chocolates, biscuits, fruits, wine, teddy bear, and many more.. heck - you can even add a flower arrangement ina vase or a fruit basket as a combo. We make sure that when it comes to gifting, we make sure that you get them with a fair and affordable price that will favour you, and make the recipient even happier. And it shouldn't end there, you can also get yourself a chocolate and wine pack or a healthy fruit basket to enjoy as you chill at home.

5. Spend time with your family

The pandemic brought a hidden chance in disguise. All of us are so occupied in our lives and in chasing our dreams that we struggle to make time for our family. A family is the biggest asset that one could ask for, hence it is important to spend time with loved ones during this pandemic. No matter how busy you are, your family needs you, the same way you need them. Spending time with your family will help you bond and understand one another. You can get to spend by going to them (while at the same time following the pandemic guidelines for protecting yourselves). As it may pose to be a problem, you can also get to talk to them through video chats like zoom, google meet or even the Whatsapp video chats. Having every member of the family and even your extended cousins and uncles on the video call will surprise you on how much fun you could all have.

Now there's a lot that you can do to maximaize on the exess time you have during these times. This is just a small list to help you get started. As we continue to survive these times, we should continue to

Spread Love, Show care.

PROSIDURE OF PLANTING ROSES

A rose is a woody perennial flowering plant of the genus Rosa , in the family Rosaceae, or the flower it bears. There are over three hundred species and thousands of cultivars. They form a group of plants that can be erect shrubs, climbing or trailing with stems that are often armed with sharp prickles.\ Planting Tips Plant roses where they will receive a minimum of 5 to 6 hours of full sun per day.
